The M/R-3103 MPI Duplicates Report data screen will print a listing of patients from the Master Patient Index that have more than one Medical Record Number.  Click on the Continue Button for X-3105 Master Patient Index Poss Dupe to print.

X-3105 - Master Patient Index Poss Dup

The X-3105 Master Patient Index Possible Duplicates is produced through the Master Patient Index Reporting option within the Medical Records Reporting Menu.

The report is generated in alphabetical sequence for a possible duplicate.

The report includes the date, time, and user who ran the option. The report will reflect the Patient Name, the Medical Record Number, the Birth Date, the Patient's Age, the First Visit, the Last Visit.

Also included on the report is a Patient Count (PATIENT COUNT).
