The patient's visits are listed from the last visit to the first visit.

The Close Window Button to return to the M/R-9002 MPI Patient Information Data Screen.

The Update Chart Info Button will allow the user to update the chart information on the patient. Display Below:

The Chart Maintenance box displays the chart information. The user can update the Chart Status, Comment, Status Date on a patient. If a field is unknown click the Search Button for a listing. Click the Post Info Button when finished.

The Access P/A Info Button will display the P/A-5001 P/A Inquiry data screen. 

Highlight the visit from the listing and click the View Details Button and the information will be displayed.

The Visit Information box gives information on the patient's visit. Click the Close Window Button to return to the M/R-9002 MPI Patient Information screen.
